New Patient

New patients are welcomed to our clinic and asked to arrive 10 minutes earlier to complete a comprehensive medical and dental questionnaire.

Health Fund

Health Insurance Health funds rebate will differ, but The Dental Co. supports ‘HICAPS’, which is an electronic, real time claiming system, which allows you to claim in the practice, leaving you with the ‘gap’ payment to settle on site.

Financial Policy

The Dental Co. aims to provide affordable dental treatment . We believe it is a long term investment in your wellbeing, health and appearance. For your convenience, we accept cash and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time in which services are performed.

Cancelation Policy

In the unfortunate case in which a patient cannot make a scheduled appointment, we would appreciate 24 hours cancellation notice.

Nervous Patients

It’s quite common to be anxious about dental treatment, especially if you’ve had an unpleasant experience at the dentists in the past.

But dentistry does not have to be uncomfortable or painful. In recent years modern dentistry has changed for the better and treatment can now be completed in a comfortable and even pleasant way.

The Dental Co. does everything we can so that our patients are not anxious or in any pain. We take our time to be gentle and considerate and also try to find out what particular aspect of dentistry a patient finds stressful and to remove this fear.
