The dental Co Team were invited by Kate and her team at The High Street Early Learning Center to spend some time with the children to educate them about the importance of looking after their teeth.
Dr Jankie and the team talked to the children about the importance of a diet high in healthy foods like fruit and vegetables and the importance of limiting sugary foods and drinks to help prevent the risk of tooth decay.
Tips on the brushing direction, the amount of toothpaste needed and how long we brush for were demonstrated, and the children were keen to show us their big smiles and how good they were at it.
It was a very fun afternoon for all of us! Thank you Kate and team for inviting us to be a part of your educational week.
