We’re welcoming new patients with a full check-up and clean for just $250 — or gap-free if you have private health insurance that covers $250 or more.

This visit includes a comprehensive dental examination, scale and clean, polish, fluoride treatment, and any necessary X-rays (up to 2 bitewings and an OPG if required).

Terms and Conditions – New Patient $250 Promo

1. Eligibility: This offer is available to new patients only.
2. Inclusions: The $250 promotional fee includes the following services:
   • Comprehensive dental examination
   • Scale and clean
   • Polish
   • Fluoride treatment
   • Up to 2 bitewing X-rays (BWs)
   • Full-mouth OPG X-ray, if clinically necessary

Note: This offer does not include additional X-rays or scans, including CBCT (Cone Beam CT). If additional diagnostic services are required, they will incur extra charges.

3. 3. Health Fund Rebates:
      • If your private health insurance covers $250 or more of the cost, the appointment will be gap-free.
      • If your health insurance covers less than $250, you will be required to pay the balance on the day of the appointment.
      • Health fund rebates will be processed on the day of the appointment.
   4. Clean Not Completed on Same Day: If the scale and clean cannot be completed during the initial appointment (e.g., due to time constraints or clinical reasons), the full $250 fee must still be paid at the time of the first visit. The clean will be completed at a subsequent visit at no additional charge, provided it is done within 6 weeks of the original appointment. If the clean is not completed within 6 weeks, reassessment may be required, and additional fees may apply.
   5. Clean to Be Completed Within 6 Weeks: The clean must be completed within 6 weeks of the initial appointment. If the clean is not completed within this timeframe, the $250 fee will no longer apply, and the standard fees for a scale and clean will be charged instead of the promotional rate.
   6. Refunds and Credits:
      • No partial refunds: The $250 fee is a bundled offer and covers the entire package (examination, clean, X-rays). No partial refunds will be given for services not used.
      • No future credits for overpaid health fund rebates: If your health fund rebate exceeds the $250 fee, the difference will not be credited toward future treatments or appointments as part of our concurrent gap-free fee.
   7. Additional Diagnostic Services: This offer includes only the two bitewing X-rays and one OPG if necessary. Additional diagnostic imaging, including CBCT scans, will incur extra charges and are not part of this promotion.
   8. Not Applicable for Emergency Visits or Major Treatment Planning: This promotional offer is valid for standard new patient check-ups. It does not apply to emergency consultations or major treatment planning, which will be booked at standard fees.
   9. Transfer of X-rays: If you request the transfer of your X-rays to another practice before completing the clean, the $250 fee is still applicable, and no refund will be issued. The exam and X-rays are considered fulfilled, and the clean must be completed at our practice.
   10. Miscellaneous:
       • This offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to other services or individuals.
       • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.
       • We reserve the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
